Job Summary

The Procurement & Inventory Coordinator (Odoo) is responsible for executing and maintaining procurement and inventory processes within a structured Odoo environment. This role focuses on ensuring accurate supplier pricing, reliable inventory data, and efficient replenishment workflows.

The position supports the end-to-end procurement cycle by preparing RFQs and purchase orders, tracking inbound shipments, and maintaining full visibility of stock movements. A key part of the role is to identify risks, maintain data integrity, and escalate exceptions when required.

The objective of this role is to build operational independence in procurement execution, enabling efficient day-to-day operations while reducing reliance on management for routine tasks.

🎯 Your Role

You will be responsible for supporting and executing our procurement operations, including:

• Maintaining vendor pricing, product cost, and supplier data in Odoo
• Monitoring inventory levels and supporting stock replenishment decisions
• Preparing RFQs and Purchase Orders (draft stage)
• Tracking inbound shipments and updating delivery status
• Maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records
• Identifying issues (pricing, delays, stock risks) and escalating when needed

This is a process-driven role, where your ability to follow systems and maintain accuracy is critical.

• Experience working with Odoo (Inventory, Purchase, or Product modules)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to follow structured workflows independently
• Good understanding of inventory and procurement processes
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets / Excel
• Clear communication and ability to escalate issues when required
