The patient’s Arizer Air MAX shuts off after approximately 10 minutes. Is this normal?
Yes.
Ten minutes is the default automatic shut-off setting.
Unlike the Air SE, the Air MAX timer can be adjusted.
Can the patient change the Arizer Air MAX automatic shut-off timer?
Yes.
The automatic shut-off timer can be adjusted within the supported range of approximately 5 to 15 minutes.
The default is approximately 10 minutes.
It remains a timed safety feature and is not intended to run indefinitely.
The patient’s Arizer Air MAX takes almost one minute to heat. Is this normal?
Yes.
A heat-up time of under approximately one minute is within normal operating behaviour.
The patient reports that the Arizer Air MAX screen turns upside down. Is this a fault?
No.
The Air MAX display automatically rotates depending on device orientation.
This is normal operation.
The patient’s Arizer Air MAX does not immediately turn on when the button is pressed. Is it faulty?
Not necessarily.
The Air MAX includes a power-on delay safety feature.
Depending on the configured setting, the patient may need to deliberately hold the control rather than perform a quick single press.
Please confirm the correct activation procedure before treating the device as faulty.
